Why can’t I pay immediately?+
The free fit check protects both sides. We first confirm that one page and the fixed scope can serve the business properly, then send the secure payment link with the written scope.
Are domain, email and hosting included?+
The base build does not include third-party subscriptions. Domain connection, professional email setup and ongoing care can be added to the written quote. Accounts remain in the client’s ownership.
Will I know the ongoing costs before paying?+
Yes. The written scope states the agreed domain and hosting route, who pays each provider, the recurring amounts or quoted estimates, and any optional support. You approve these costs first. Your domain and third-party accounts stay in your name.
Can you help a new business or replace an existing site?+
Yes, when a single page fits the job. A minimum Google rating or review count is not required. I will flag shops, complex booking systems or larger projects during the fit check.
When does the seven-day clock start?+
After the agreed payment has cleared and all required business facts, assets and permissions have been received.
Do I own the finished work?+
The approved page content and project-specific website source are handed over or deployed through the agreed route after full payment. Reusable Profile Sprint systems and framework components remain Profile Sprint’s tools.
